定做外賣打包袋需要注意細(xì)節(jié)及流程

包裝袋的生產(chǎn)工藝其實(shí)本來(lái)就是一門技術(shù),外賣打包袋的定制更是要比普通的包裝袋更加挑剔,定做外賣打包袋需要注意下列幾個(gè)問題:

1、在選擇外賣打包袋的廠家時(shí),必須選擇有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的且有資質(zhì)的企業(yè),生產(chǎn)工藝必須成熟。

2、食品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)應(yīng)當(dāng)符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并符合下列要求:直接入口的食品應(yīng)當(dāng)使用無(wú)毒、清潔的包裝材料、餐具、飲具和容器;

一:設(shè)計(jì)
1: Design
確定好包裝袋規(guī)格、材質(zhì)、厚度和袋型,在設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候尤其要注意包裝袋上的文字信息,注意以下內(nèi)容:包裝袋廠家名、配料比如鐵鈣鈉等、產(chǎn)品介紹、產(chǎn)地、凈重量主要是以g/kg為單位、規(guī)格、食品標(biāo)簽號(hào)、QS認(rèn)證、衛(wèi)生許可證號(hào)、生產(chǎn)日期、儲(chǔ)存條件、保質(zhì)期、食用方法、生產(chǎn)廠商名稱、廠址和聯(lián)系電話,其中QS和條碼一定不能少。

二:制版
2: Platemaking
圖稿確定完畢后,需要專門的技術(shù)員對(duì)圖案進(jìn)行分色、對(duì)一些不清晰的地方做修復(fù),同時(shí)還需要十幾個(gè)流程來(lái)完成制版。
After the draft is determined, special technicians are required to separate the color of the pattern and repair some unclear places. At the same time, more than ten processes are required to complete the plate making.
三:印刷
3: Printing
原材料準(zhǔn)備完畢后使用高速印刷機(jī)將表層膜進(jìn)行印刷(印刷時(shí)每一種顏色有一個(gè)板滾,板滾的雕刻是凹板雕刻),在印刷時(shí)油墨是不停的流動(dòng)的,因?yàn)橛湍珪?huì)凝結(jié),在油墨印刷和膜進(jìn)行印刷時(shí)鑲嵌了一個(gè)刮刀,刮刀是對(duì)板滾凸出的地方刮去油墨,這樣凹進(jìn)去的板滾就能印刷。如果刮刀上沾有灰塵就會(huì)出現(xiàn)條狀的油墨污染現(xiàn)象。對(duì)于點(diǎn)狀的油墨污染現(xiàn)象是因?yàn)橛湍跐L動(dòng)印刷時(shí)油墨的濺到包裝膜上而造成了點(diǎn)狀的油墨污染。

If there is dust on the scraper, there will be strip of ink pollution. Spot ink pollution is caused by ink splashing on the packaging film during rolling printing.
四:復(fù)合
4: Compound
把印刷完畢的表層膜與易熱封的里層膜用專用膠專用高速腹膜機(jī)進(jìn)行復(fù)合。
The printed surface film and the inner film that is easy to be heat-sealed are compounded with a special high-speed peritoneum machine.
五:熟化
5: Ripening
復(fù)合完畢后需要在45度以上的熟化室進(jìn)行24小時(shí)以上熟化,為的是使外賣打包袋不易脫層。
After the compound is completed, it needs to be matured for more than 24 hours in the curing room with a temperature of more than 45 degrees, in order to make the takeaway bag not easy to delaminate.
六:制袋
6: Bag making
此時(shí)外賣打包袋的制作已經(jīng)進(jìn)入尾聲了,制袋技術(shù)員是需要有一定技能的,必須保證彩印包裝袋封邊良好不漏氣,對(duì)燙刀的溫度控制具有一定技術(shù)性。經(jīng)質(zhì)檢員檢驗(yàn)后出廠。

七:質(zhì)檢

包裝袋主要的檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目:規(guī)格尺寸長(zhǎng)(mm)、寬(mm)、厚(um),外觀、套印誤差、色差、剝離強(qiáng)度、熱封強(qiáng)度。

八:入庫(kù)
8: Warehousing
對(duì)質(zhì)檢合格的包裝袋,進(jìn)行包裝好,同時(shí)進(jìn)倉(cāng)統(tǒng)一管理,以便后期出貨方便。

九:出貨
